How long will the flowers last?

Most flowers last between 4–14 days. It is important to trim flowers regularly and change the water to prolong their life.

How do I make my flowers last longer?

Keeping vase water levels topped up and the bouquet out of direct sunlight in a nice cool spot will help make your flowers last longer.

What happens if no-one’s home when delivery occurs?

If the recipient isn’t home, the flowers/gift are left either at the front or back door if deemed safe to do so or in a location outlined in any special instructions that you pass on when ordering. If this is not possible, a calling card may be left in the recipient’s letterbox or on the front door asking them to arrange a re-delivery or collection. Additional charges may apply, its best to check when ordering.

Will my order look like the picture?

Florists will do their very best to replicate the flowers as pictured on their website. If an item is unavailable, a substitute will often be made with another item of similar design, colour, quality and price.
