Jayco Caravans Mackay

We picked up our brand new 2017 21-65-3 Silverline from Jayco mackay on March 1st 2017 ! Matt did a great job at keeping us informed of the progress while our van was being built in Dandenong Vic. He was so helpful, and knowledgeable in helping us choose the right van that suited our requirements. Ross did the handover upon delivery, and was very thorough showing us all the workings and new technology. We have already taken it up to Airlie Beach for a week, and found no problems at all. We will now be taking it down south for a while.. It tows really well and feels very stable. The fridge, Airconditioner and hot water all work beautifully, and we could not thank Matt and his team enough! They were very professional, friendly and approachable, and no amount of questions, enquiries and browsing was too much trouble. My wife and i would highly recommend Jayco and their team, from our memorable experience, and now its time to enjoy our new toy !
