JB has forgotten what service is! Today at Charlestown I wanted to buy an Apple phone. There was almost no one in the store but I could not get served. I asked four men who were doing nothing for help and they told me to go stand and wait. Finally once served I was told they would sell me a phone but would not transfer into to new phone or add plastic screen but for $50 a mobile shop would do it for me. Can’t complain about the service, there was none!

I bought an expensive TV from them and had nothing but trouble with it. I went back to talk to them about it. It took nearly 25mins for them to find someone and when they found their "expert", his response was to repeatedly say, "Dunno, can't help you," or "We don't even promote that as an option on that TV." He was talking about the PVR function which was written on their sale tag, the TV box, the website and every description I could find for that TV. He just kept saying, "Dunno, can't help you," and then tried to sell me a $500 PVR, saying, "That should solve your problem." Their service is a joke, prices are too expensive and their staff are rude. JUST AN ALL ROUND DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE.
