I have used different Jim's Cleaning franchise owners to clean for us, my mum's house and my sister's home and business. We have been extremely happy with Jim's professionalism and friendly manner. They stay consistent (reliable) and don't mind doing extras. I get them to clean our windows and pool fence every 6 months. I love our clean house and office! Thanks guys! Perfect!

couldnt tell me if a franchisee in my area could even call me back or not. suggested i call other cleaning businesses in case they didnt call me. terrible customer service
