Woolcell - Our premium roof insulation product. Woolcell is a pump-In material that is a combination of natural Australian wool, recycled paper, Borax and Boric acid (healthy salts used in everyday household products). Woolcell is environmentally and user friendly. It provides 100% coverage (5% gaps can reduce the rating by 50% therefore decreasing its R-rating significantly). Woolcell is fire retardant, vermin resistant and great for those who suffer from asthma and allergies as it also reduces mould in the home. It also has very good acoustic insulation properties.
Insulbloc - Insulbloc is a unique patented insulation material that is used for retrofit existing walls. Previously there were very limited solutions to a house that was built with no wall insulation. With the introduction of �Star ratings� for a home's energy efficiency, the importance of wall insulation is very significant.
Insulbloc is manufactured from recycled polystyrene which is cut into small cube shaped blocks which are pumped into house wall cavities. The cubes form a thermal barrier which is moisture resistant and carry a zero spread of flame rating, it also does not interfere with internal wall fittings.
Testing by the Australian Wool Authority (AWTA) have shown that Insulbloc, tested under laboratory conditions, has class leading thermal insulating rating of R4.0 per 100mm thickness. This is twice the insulation rating of normal cavity wall insulation products.
Cellulose - Cellulose Fibre can be pumped into wall cavities. It has particularly good acoustic performance and has been used in a variety of properties including commercial offices and shops and between walls in apartment/unit dwellings.
