Our storage solutions use a Homepack system, we come to you and individually pack your goods into a secure Homepack. Once full, we will carefully transport this Homepack to our secure warehouse facility. This means there is less handling, which will minimise the likelihood of damage occurring. When you choose John's Furniture Removals, you'll deal directly with John for all onsite quotes. John will travel to your location and provide a thorough and free quote. Broke front window of our property when moving furniture in. Refused to take any responsibility. Now I understand why they demand full payment before they do the job.

Our response to these comments - We did not break the window, the customer was not at the unload. Michelle had a friend who was there and he was watching the guys while they were unloading obviously showing them where everything had to go, so if we broke the window Michelle's friend would have noticed and he signed off on the job that everything was in good order after going around and checking everything was done correctly. She's just trying to get someone else to pay for damages that weren't incurred by us. We also asked for payment upfront due to being 700kms from depot.

My wife and I cannot thank Troy and Lachie for their assistance with our move. The boys were professional, polite courteous and funny throughout the whole process. amazing care and attention were taken with all our belongings and the boys worked there bums off with a smile and a joke. Great service, moved from Sydney to Noosa without any problems, experienced and friendly staff. Modern fleet and quality equipment. Far more simple and affordable than the big removal guys. More than happy to recommend John’s Removalists!

Feb 2023…Peter and Troy did an excellent job shifting my Sister from Birtinya to Baringa…then shifting my daughter and I from 4th floor to 1st floor apartment… Very friendly very professional service would recommend Johns Removals to anyone…

Excellent no problem move carried out by Johns Furniture Removal - Peter & Troy. Boys on time and moved all furniture and other items from apartment and storage unit in the one day, with no hassle or stress. Arrived at new location the following morning at time given and moved approx. 53 m3 of furniture etc, into new abode. Great job Peter & Troy. Would recommend these guys and business if when decide to move. John the business owner provided a very good realistic quote as well and was no trouble contacting to discuss the move. A+
