Joii

Joii is a not-for-profit social enterprise organisation that is committed to breaking the cycle of long-term unemployment and poverty for disadvantaged individuals in our community. Their mission is clear: to create opportunities for the long-term unemployed, youth at risk, released prisoners, and other disadvantaged who currently face significant barriers to employment by providing comprehensive training and sustainable employment opportunities through which Joii aims to empower the disadvantaged with the skills, confidence, and resources needed to significantly improve their quality of life. Through their innovative Social Impact Programs, Joii empowers participants with industry-relevant skills while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. From on-site training to mentorship and job placement services, Joii is dedicated to guiding individuals towards meaningful and fulfilling careers that can deliver positive change free from long-term welfare dependence and poverty.
