3 times I contacted and requested an inspection for work needed and 3 times I was forgotten or put off and then forgotten. On the fourth contact JPM owner turned up vwe worked out a plan. Aaan emergency kept me away on the day from assisting and I only got the fittings shortly (1hr) before work was to start. The owner became quite excited and abusive and then pulled out. He has proved to be far less than an honourable man and operator to me than I hoped for.

JPM Electrical installed 4 fans, two with remotes but did not pair the remotes. They then claimed it was not their problem hung up the phone on me and will not respond to communication.
