Yes we sure are from 9am to 1pm.

Can laminate flooring be installed if I have skirting boards installed already?

Yes. However you will need to have beading/ scotia around the perimeter of your skirting to allow for the expansion gap. Alternatively, you skirts can be removed and reinstalled.

Do you have your own installers or are they contracted?

We have a full-time team of 6 JT Floors installers. We also have experienced long term carpet & floating floor contractors.

I have burnt our carpet with an iron. Can this be fixed?

Yes; you may have some spare carpet in wardrobes or under stairs that we can use to cut and re patch the area for you.

I came across J.T. Flooring Gateshead purely by accident and I am sure glad I did. My first contact with this family owned and operated business was with Mark in the showroom. I admit I had been to a few other flooring stores the previous week and I found them to be pushy and unhelpful. Mark answered all of my questions and concerns and I felt confident that I had made the right choice. I cannot recommend JT Flooring highly enough. We have just had the guys from JTF Flooring Warehouse back to our home to do some more of their magic! As before, they were extremely professional and treated our home as if it were their own. Josh and the team at JT Floors were great. From the moment I walked into the showroom I knew these guys we the real deal. Mark showed me a range of carpets for my house and different options available. No pushy sales, just great honest advice. On installation day Josh and his team arrived and promptly got to work. How refreshing to deal with JT Flooring. Joshua was so easy to deal with being prompt and Informative. The team came in and did my kitchen floor whilst I was on holidays so what a lovely surprise to come back too. Dan was great also, prompt and efficient.
