Just Better Care

Just Better Care support teams comprise people trained in community support disciplines who work with people in their homes and communities (including registered and enrolled nurses), and office teams of service coordinators and trainers. After-hours service coordinators in every office mean that there is always someone available to speak to. All Just Better Care offices have ongoing support from head office, allowing them to concentrate on doing what they do best - supporting individuals in the community.
