Would NEVER recommend Justscrubitclean to anyone. They told me they’d be here between 8.30 and 9 am one day, 10am they finally contacted me to let me know their tyre was flat and they were waiting for the NRMA to fix it for them. Fair enough. At 1pm they sent me a text and told me they couldn’t come until the next day but would be here first thing. At 9.30am the next morning, when they still hadn’t arrived, I tried calling, no answer. They then sent me a text to say they were ‘just about to leave’ from Newcastle. I’d already paid $110 deposit and their quote was twice as much as their competitors, but I desperately needed help with the cleaning. They finally arrived an hour and a half later, only to tell me all the things they DON’T do and when I questioned that they were extremely rude and left without doing anything. It remains to be seen if I get my deposit back!

Very expensive for a clean I could’ve done myself! Thats why I chose a professional for a spring clean. Also arranged to leave key out for the real estate but they left it inside and became rude when I contacted them about it. Sent me 3 messages in one day asking for payment of invoice! Was never actually issues an invoice. Would not recommend at all. Being a single full time working parent $170 was nothing to sneeze at to then have to do it myself. Disappointing.
