As an small investor, we had our rental property managed by the Team at Just Us Realty for 4+ years. We have nothing but absolute praise for Sharon and her team. Inspections were done on time, any issues with maintenance were communicated with clarity and efficiency. Monthly statements and payments were provided and paid like clock work. We have had several other real estate businesses manage our property portfolio in Queensland and with out a doubt, the team at Just Us Realty are second to none. Sharon was so friendly from the moment when we met her at the first open home. Moving from interstate and not having bought a house for thirty years seemed very daunting at first, but Sharon put us as ease, being very patient and not rushing us in any way. Sharon was able to answer all of our questions and went out of her way to assist us in looking for information from the Council. Sharon was able to work around our work times to have another look at the house and to return a third time to measure up spaces to see if this was the home for us. Sharon was able to bring us the paperwork, assisted us in finding a conveyancer and pest inspector. When Sharon was on holidays, we were assisted by the rest of the team at Just Us Realty. Any emails that were sent were answered very quickly and follow ups were also evident to ensure that we were happy. Thank you for making this an easier process for us!

Sharon was awesome helping us with the purchase of our new home. She was very helpful & worked in with our Agent on the Sunshine Coast who was handling the sale of our property down there & also guiding us through the whole process. Sharon has the same approach to Real Estate as our Agent had, so it was awesome having them both on the same page & handling everything with a helpful friendly informative manner, not in a used car salesman approach where all they are interested in is making a quick buck. The Team at Just Us have managed my investment property for the past 3 years. With the exception of a small period which was addressed and made good by Sharon, the team managed the property including organising maintenance and property inspections in a professional and timely manner. The monthly statements and deposits were, without exception, always on time. I am now back in the market for another investment property and when found will have no hesitation asking the team at Just Us to manage it.
