I highly recommend John Wong. He has been absolutely amazing throughout the process of us looking for and finally buying our first home. It took about 1.5 years to find our house and John has always been so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He has always been there to answer all my questions and when we found our house he got loan approval within 2 days. He really is a lovely person as well as doing an awesome job!

We have used banks and another Loan Broker before, but were left unhappy and felt pressured, because I don't really understand financial matters (luckily my wife does). I personally hate dealing with financial institutes. We have been introduced to John Wong (JW Loans) by a friend and now we have used John about 3 times in the last 7 or 8 years. We found him very helpful and professional, and he comes to our house and explain everything. I have a house mortgage and my wife has 2 Rental properties, so quite a complicated transaction using different Bank products and different Bank Rates, for us. John has successfully got us the best deal, I'm not sure how, but it seems that every time, we pay less. Every time our Contracts come close to finish, we talk to John and he presents us with several options and then we choose. I fully recommend John Wong and look forward to working with him in the future.
