Karen Sheldon Group

Karen Sheldon is known for her passion for food, her hard work and her enthusiasm for sharing knowledge. Karen’s Kitchen is one of the many Incubator projects of the Karen Sheldon Group that gives Indigenous participants a chance to develop confidence and employability skills in a real, nurturing workplace. All our products are extremely nutritious, high in protein and contain safe, sustainable, fresh, local ingredients, including the amazing superfood Kakadu Plum and other Australian native bush foods. The Karen’s Kitchen Project not only provides on-the-job training for those in the Kitchen, but also provides Indigenous employment opportunities during many different stages from ‘paddock’ to ‘plate’.
