Buyers beware!!!!!!!! if you're looking for a professional company with honesty and integrity Kawana Flooring is NOT it!!! They don't right anything down, change the product without asking to the wrong colour and material, send a contractor to clean up the mess, the director makes up stories to suit themselves to try make the client feel like the mistake is theirs and basically take NO ownership of their mess and just rip people off. disgustingly disgraceful. Don't put yourself through the pain and agony of dealing with these cowboys, especially the director all he does is blame is staff.

Absolutely cannot recommend these folk. They take your money for the carpets/flooring and then no care at all. The suppliers they use to install let them down when my two orders were due, but they just washed their hands of it, and said tough luck. When I call to find out what's going on, I get fobbed off. Quick on the phone when they want the sale and money in the bank but after that nothing. Definitely recommend going somewhere else. Avoid this company like the plague.

What a wonderful experience from the moment entering the shop to Gary coming and laying our carpet. Absolutely fantastic experience and we had plenty of laughs with Gary. Would totallt recommend these guys.

My hat off to these guys !!!! We had new carpet laid at Cadiz Crt, Bray Park last week & may I say the end result was excellent, with the installer going over & above what was expected with this install. The installer was prompt with the installation date & time, also a very polite & respectful person to say the least !!! Also congrats to " Nic " the store manager, who did a great job on organizing everything, helpful & polite. Well done guys'

So glad we read the reviews and dropped into Kawana Flooring Warehouse. We were greeted by a cheerful group of people, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. From our first visit, we received professional service and advice. We now have a gorgeous carpet installed in our apartment, all done on the date required. No mess, no fuss. I 100% recommend using Kawana Flooring Warehouse. They are incredibly friendly, professional, great quality product and most important- the best price! I recently just built a new house and had no issues with them communicating with my builder to arrange the measurements and installation and any changes that occurred during the process. I LOVE my new flooring.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan and the team from Kawana Flooring Warehouse who came and fit out my office with some beautiful vinyl plank flooring. Ryan met me on site and brought a great selection of samples and offered his opinion when I requested and we make a colour choice in no time at all. A few weeks later the installers arrived to rip out and take away my old carpet and replace it with my new flooring. They were very professional and courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Ryan and the rest of the team and I will be using them again in future.
