This company was subcontracted to to build a concrete pool during a recent renovation at my home. Their communication, promptness and reliability was below par for the whole project. The pool builder walked away from the job after the water was filling and provided zero handover on how to operate or maintain the pool. The chlorinator broke nearly 2 months ago and KB Pools have been unresponsive to requests from our builder, meaning they have had to engage another party to step in. Keep a wide birth, plenty of other pool builders in the area.
