About Kellehers Dance Academy
Kellehers Dance Academy is a dance school in the Wynnum and Manly area, owned and operated by Megen Kelleher. Megen has enjoyed a love and passion for dance since she first was introduced to dancing at three years of age. Kellehers Dance Academy was founded in 2001 due to Megen’s dream to share her love of dance with others. Kellehers Dance Academy could well be described as a family, not just a dance school and has created a wonderful reputation over time. Our students are best described as bubbly, friendly, welcoming and of course super talented! Kellehers Dance Academy teachers, under the tutelage and guidance of Megen are committed to their students and meticulously plan out every lesson ensuring each student gets the maximum benefit and enjoyment out of each class. All Kellehers Dance Academy teachers share Megen’s love of dance which creates a happy and positive environment to learn in.

Can Parents watch the classes at Kellehers Dance Academy?
We don’t have parents stay and watch our classes however, on the last week of every term we open our studio doors to our parents and guardians to come and see their dancers progress. We find that our students concentrate a lot better without the added distractions and also gives our parents a little bit of me time.
Is there an end of year Concert at Kellehers Dance Academy?
Yes, concert time is the highlight of the year. Costumes, lights, make-up, fun & laughter all put together in one fabulous show. Our students perform at Iona College Performing Arts Complex in Lindum. It is not compulsory to participate however it’s highly recommended. Such a buzz and such a wonderful way to finish off a fantastic year of dance.
