Imagine someone from Sydney complaining about unfriendly service! Well, unfortunately we had such a bad experience we wanted to share it, mainly so the management can do something about it. It was the night of 8 Oct. Not sure if it was unfriendliness or just a bad attitude but it started at the reception desk, then the bar, then from the wait girl in the bistro. We went out of our way to support the town, tried to do the right thing and won't be back. What a shame!
