Kennedy Automatics were excellent, they stated that they could not tell me when they would be able to repair our car, so I expected several weeks wait, however, they had my car repaired by the end of the week. They communicated well by email, phone and Mobile.

What a great team of people they have here. We needed a service and some checks done on our Navara's automatic transmission while we were down in Mackay, on a holiday, in our caravan. Not a problem for these people, from the lovely lady in reception, to the very experienced technicians in the workshop, they were all excellent to deal with and took excellent care of our car. Had a leaking trans cooler line on a holiday travelling through Mackay and the lovely guy sorted it out for us on the same day and even tidied up my hastily installed temp sender wiring and for a reasonable price.
