Dealt with Ali. She was super-helpful. The part I wanted to order was already ordered for a previous client who failed to collect. Kennedy's probably received payment twice for the product but hey, can't complain about Ali going above and beyond and providing a great experience.

I rang to enquire about getting a a spare part for a washing machine. The man that I spoke with seemed uninterested, unhelpful and made me feel that I was making worse his otherwise burdensome day by daring to make him answer a query on the telephone. . That man should not ,in my opinion, be working or interfacing with other human beings. Please take him off answering calls immediately, because his customer relations skills need an immediate upgrade if the firm is not going to lose customers. But as Kennedy's appears to have a monopoly in Cairns, maybe they can afford to alienate some people. But I don't think that the business would last, with that attitude, if there were any competition.But I rang later and got a different salesman, and he was good, so maybe the first bloke was having a very bad day.

Worst service ever ! Told a part will take a week to arrive 2.5 weeks now and we are still awaiting to arrive. NO courtesy follow up to inform the part is still on its way or anything. Very rude at the front desk and not willing to help. Everything seemed to hard to follow up.

Ive been there twice in 3 months chasing a part ,,, nailed It on both occasions Guys so I'm giving use this,, my 1st ever review,,, the staff were very knowledgeable so i was in then out , literally. .. and we're $10 cheaper than that online mob , E.AY ... sorry not use to this KIND of service Guys. KEEP IT UP.... Pity I lost a $20 on the way back to car...DoH Doh

If I could give less that 1 start I would. They ‘repaired’ my bench top oven to the tune of $200, within 2 months it was broken again. When I took it back they said I would need to pay another service fee regardless of whether it was an issue with the part they’d repaired or not, because it was more than 30 days since it was repaired, despite the note left on the oven saying otherwise. So the warrantee for the repair is shorter than the shelf-life of the food I cook it it.

Solid friendly service. Called first and showed in scheduled time. Contractor was knowledgeable and gave good advice pertaining to our machine.

Worst service ever received, was no help at all, couldn’t even refer me to where to get similar parts, they took way to long to get back to me in the first place and was very rude over the phone, DO NOT RECOMMEND. if I could do negative 5 stars I would
