The experience was great. The installers were friendly and efficient when we had them install new benchtops in our kitchen. They even cleaned up after themselves. Very helpful staff.

We cannot recommend KUB Ballarat enough. The communication and customer service we have received are second to none. We chose to use KUB because of the flexibility to complete the installation ourselves whilst still having the comfort of support from the team. Highly recommend this team. The staff at Kitchens U Build in Ballarat were amazing! Thanks again. Stacey was very knowledgeable and I absolutely love my kitchen. My husband and I were very hesitant to begin with and once we met with Stacey, our minds were put at ease. She was very helpful and we appreciated all of her suggestions.

Very happy with the quality of the product! Would definitely recommend Stacey, Vanessa and Garett. It was an easy experience, plus the prices were very reasonable, considering the delivery was 2 hours away from the store. The installation only took us a day. Thanks heaps! It was quite simple. So happy with the end product! Great advice.

I had them remove the old kitchen and install the new one and everything was a breeze. We were happy before these guys finished the job. Our kitchen renovation has been amazing from start to finish. Thanks guys! Stacey and her staff went way and beyond with ideas. The boys, Cameron and Adam, made sure everything was spot on. Would do it all again!
