Outstanding service, the company went out of its way to make sure we had suitable accommodation in Kempsey after our caravan needed towing.

Adrian went way above to help my wife and me when broken down on the highway north of Kempsey, couldn’t recommend highly enough

Adrian was the only person willing to help us when our motor home needed to be towed. We were stuck on the Pacific Hwy and everyone that RACV rang wouldn’t help until they rang Adrian. He is a very friendly and helpful man who went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate his efforts. We highly recommend his services.

We broke down 30kms outside Kempsey today - towing our 2.2 tonne caravan. Adrian arrived within 30 minutes and managed to get the (temperamental) Range Rover on the tow truck and the caravan hooked up in record time! He was so calm, competent and reassuring, and also very caring about our welfare. A really good bloke and a fantastic service!

Having a car break down on the road with the family heading to a holiday house is not fun, especially on a public holiday. Luckily, Adrian picked up our call right away and arrived 15 minutes later. He went over and above to help with the situation, towed the car to a safe place overnight, and picked me up on the next morning for the trip back to Sydney. Thank you, Adrian.

Huge shout out to Adrian from KTM towing , we had just pulled out onto main road in Tamworth and caravan jumped of t/bar , managed to get to side of road , and Adrian was just travelling past, stopped and worked out he could slid his tray under t/ mount and lift it up to put jockey wheel on . Wouldn’t take any payment , just happy to help . So any towing needed give him a call awesome bloke ( worked out adjuster on hitch had come loose allowing free play up and down .

So grateful for Adrian to come out and help on Christmas Eve. I had lost a wheel and he was so careful and skilled, making sure there was no further damage to my car. I was close to Bellbrook when my ktm fuel pump died, by myself on a small road unsure of it's name it was lucky to have phone service so I googled tilt trays. With my phone so used to buying parts KTM Towing came up on the search. Not only did he know where I was, he got me to civilisation promptly. If it wasn't for ktm towing I would be still sitting by a dirt road wishing I brought a Suzuki. Top job. He did such a good job with the bike I also used Ktm towing to bring a shipping container from Sydney, prompt, completive and great service

Called KTM after my motorcycle was stolen and then found in the bush in Kundabung and I was unable to get it out by myself. Adrian came quickly and got the bike out without damage then transported to our house. He was great to deal with and I would recommend his service to everyone.
