This my 2nd service at KW, was very happy with the service the first time. Got on really well with David and even his wife. Today when he told me my car was going for a test drive then I'd be 'good to go'. The car was backed out of the driveway and parked. I waited 10 minutes, nothing happened, when I asked David if the car was going out for a test drive, he said 'it has'. When I said it hasn't, all hell broke loose. Calling me names that I am not allowed to post, I couldn't believe it!! All because HE lied to me & didn't like that I asked NOT ACCUSED if it was to be done. RUDE TO THEN EXTREME. Extremely unprofessional.

David and staff are friendly, helpful and have great knowledge when it comes to all makes and models. We get our 3 vehicles serviced by David and staff and nothing is ever a problem - even when we put a time limit on them. I would highly recommend David and his team to everyone - they even make sure you can understand it if something is found!! I wish everyone had the respect for females like these guys do. Will keep coming back just for the friendly face!!

I was there for a simple rwc. I washed my dirty car before, i cleaned the engine with the green soap in the car wash, then some green water was still leaking when my car was at the kw's place. The manager notified on the paper there is a bad leak from the radiator (even i told him before) i checked the car at a garage for be sure there was no leak at all! What that job to say there is a leak without trying to found it!? 2nd point, i asked the garage if it's not an issue to have only three seats in the car, answer : no i'ts alright like that. What i saw on the rwc document? Seat not fitted! The manager was thinking i try to cheat maybe because i tried to explain him this points... And when i didn't answer a word on the rwc ticket he just told me : i won't waste my time to explain you anything. I can't understand thus behaviour and i would be a potential customer! I always go to REOCO garages in Sydney for fixing or servicing my car but this one is really bad, bad behaviour and not professional, a waste of money.

These guys were recommended to me as being a female, I was wary of being ripped off. I can't thank Dave & the guys enough for being so easy to deal with and working within my budget. I will be back!
