Scan! The product does not fit to the purpose. I cannot use it in my door and they are not getting back to me. I am trying to return it but they blocked me .

Do not use this company they sell faulty products and they do not have an Australian number to complain to. All phone calls go overseas and customers are unable to speak to anyone in Australian about the faulty items they are selling.
