G'day my wife and I recently sold our house in Croudace Bay to relocate to Victoria, to be closer to our immediate family. From the very first contact we had with Lake Macquarie Conveyancing we just had that feeling that we were in safe hands and that we definitely did't have to pay the extra "approximate fees" that solicitors charge. Anyone who has used a solicitor will understand that they quote approximations, not actual costs. Leanne (Lake Macquarie Conveyancing) has extremely pleasant phone manners and loads of patients for people like me, who has significant difficulty understanding legal mumbo-jumbo. Our transaction wasn't especially easy as we had a family trust, two mortgages and a non-mainstream bank. None of this bothered Lake Macquarie Conveyancing.
