I would just like to provide a compliment to Jackie & Ben from Charmhaven Stores - they are very helpful and provided outstanding customers service to us. The carpet I ordered had a little imperfection in it, and these guys were able to give me a resolution within the same day. - I'm very happy and the carpet looks great. Outstanding customer service, and I will be recommending Charmhaven store.

I am so happy with my new floors!!! As soon as I walked into the store (Lakehaven) I was greeted by Helga, she went above and beyond to help me find something I preferred and was so helpful and enthusiastic it was great. The whole process was a quick and smooth one. The floors look fabulous with such a quality finish. The contractors who laid the floors were also very nice to deal with and communicated very well. All the staff at Carpet Court (Jill, Jackie & Helga) were very helpful and gave great customer service. For a quick and smooth process I highly recommend using this Carpet Court.
