Our in-season fruit & vegetable produce is picked on the farm one day and on the shelf the next. The North Queensland region covers some beautiful farmland locally around Townsville and there's no better way to appreciate the hard work farmers do than to shop at the best farmers' market and butcher shop in Townsville. Because of our long-established relationships with local farmers, we can ensure you get cheap fruit & veg of the highest quality and also offer a line of gourmet grocery, frozen and chilled products. Lamberts has an in-house meat department slicing seven days a week with over 15 traditionally trained local Townsville butchers. You'll love our grass-fed Bingil Bay beef, famous wood smoked ham, chicken products, and smallgoods. We also have pets, live poultry, plants, gardening, farming supplies, and stockfeed departments, so if you have a pest, pet, or plant problem we can help.

This is a company that really does stand behind their business and value you as a customer. Very refreshing. Fresh chicken products made fresh and meat cuts for every budget. Love that the Lamberts own meat products are from Bingil Bay Beef. The guys are great! The produce is top quality and their customer service is excellent. Shop local and in season I say!

Best fruit and veg in town as well as fantastic meat and chicken products to suit all budgets. Great that it stocks unique cuts and grocery items. Staff are always helpful and happy. Great place to shop and love the later opening hours.

Best place in Townsville to get the best in fresh produce and support local business. The best meat and chicken products as well as gourmet groceries and unique goods. There is also a large range of gardening seedlings and plants and stockfeed needs. Everything in one spot with old-fashioned service. Love shopping here!

I bought an $100 meat pack and opened up a packet of lamb chops they were green and stunk out my kitchen Then I opened up a packet of mince and it stunk the same I wasn't going to risk my health so I threw out three packets of chicken that came in the meat packet It was very dissapointing living off of one wage

There is no other place to shop in Townsville if you want the best in fresh produce sourced directly from the farmer. Everything is as fresh as it gets and you will notice how much longer everything lasts. Say goodbye to throwing away over ripe fruit and veg that you just bought. Chicken products and large range of meats cuts make this a one stop fresh shop. They also stock lots of different lines that arent available in the bigger stores and I love supporting local businesses. Staff are very helpful and you can get all your dog food and plants in the stockfeed department.
