Joe returned my call promptly and we arranged a time for him to pump out my septic and grease trap. He phoned this morning to say he would be a little late, and arrived soon after. Booked in to have my septic cleaned out. The man I dealt with called 90 minutes after the booked time to say he would be late. ETA 20 minutes. Fair enough. 2 hours later ... no sign of him, so I called him. He told me he had been to my place but decided not to try to drive down our driveway in the rain. Fair enough. I told him that we have big trucks coming down all the time. And then I said it would have been nice if he had called to say that he wasn't coming. He yelled at me that he did call. I said, "yes, but 2 hours ago". He yelled at me that he had wasted an hour and a half coming to my place. Not fair enough at all. He yelled at me that I need to get someone else to clean out my septic. Fair enough. Good advice, which I now pass on to the readers of this review. I don't see why I need to be yelled at because I have a steep driveway. The land is steep here. All he had to do, common courtesy etc, was call me. Fair enough?
