To start, quality of work seems fine. Conduct of workers on site was professional and timely. $1600 worth of work, which I was led to believe included an initial inspection and temporary repair. However, communication and professionalism post-work has been amusingly shocking. I received an invoice matching the quote, despite a $240 bracket not being installed as per quote (which remains unexplained despite it being one of the original 'concerns'). I dared to question this and received a new invoice for the same amount, adding a new line-item for $122 and additional labour costs to round the amount back up... again with no explanation. At this point I replied with a more pointed (yet civil) email questioning the new costs - especially $930 in labour for two and a half hours work. The owner of the company called and explained that because I questioned the invoice, he decided to add the cost of the temporary repair to the bill. Classy. Seemingly good work - abysmal service.
