Got my boat and full caged trailer from Cairns to Hervey Bay and I couldn't be more satisfied with the overall service. The driver was very professional and available. The price was half of other companies were asking me, and this was the ONLY COMPANY available to bring my stuff between Xmas and new year's eve. Everything was smooth, fast (less than 48 hours), door to door,... just perfect. Totally recommend. Robbie - you are a Legend.

These guys damaged my car and refused to fix it. even through their driver admitted it they still refused. The owner Michael (GUP] Gilbert was lets say very unprofessional and now not returning my calls. Stay away from these guys as Social Media followers have had the same experience, no care and no responsibility.

This must be shared, I’ve purchased my dream car from a very professional classic car dealer two months ago. Part of our deal was to ship my classic car over from ADE-MEL. The dealer had organised the transport for me choosing Lay Low Transport. He sent me before photos of my car getting loaded onto an inclosed transport because that’s what I wanted being a classic car. I made it very clear I wanted inclosed transport. When my car arrived to my house it was covered in dust from head to toe. I called the dealer and told him I wasn’t happy with the service at all. He apologised immediately told it wasn’t his fault. When I took my car in for a roadworthy certificate I noticed they also damaged the underneath of my car as well. I called Lay Low Transport and spoke with Tracey and she said send an email with photos witch i did. They never got back to me after a few more emails. Very unprofessional I’d highly recommend people to stay away from them. And now I’m out of pocket…
