How much dust will there be?
We use high-tech sanding equipment that is relatively good with controlling dust, however a small amount can still get airborn. If dust is a big concern please make us aware and we can offer a dustless service. As a side note, we haven't had a complaint about dust in over 7 years.
Will there be fumes?
Some types of floor coatings can carry an unpleasant odour. If this is a concern, we recommend a low VOC 2-pack water-based product like Bona Traffic HD.
