I couldn't rate this place higher. I made an appointment and I was late and told I had to wait an hour until they could get me in. I apologised and accepted the wait time. However they fit me in as soon as I got there. Showed the girl the colour I wanted (balyage red) and I got the exact colour tones that I wanted. I walked out a very happy customer. 5 stars!!!

I have been going to Le Beaute for years as they have been good value for money for just a trim and colour, went last week to get my usual - Package 1 $55 Colour Cut Wash Treatment and Blowdry. Came back for my appointment sat down, and halfway through my appointment a hairdresser came over and said "I'm sorry did I give you a quote?" I replied "it's $55 dollars isn't it?" She replied "No sorry we have changed it its FROM $55, so it's going to cost a little extra." Me thinking 'little extra' would be $10 or $20 more I ignored it. At the end I went to pay, it ended up costing $155!!!! Unfortunately because the service had been done I couldn't not pay. Will not go back until packages go to their original price.

I went in for a scalp bleach and was assured I'd come to the right place by the manager. The manager then proceeded to RUIN my hair and gave me chemical burn as well. I had to pour milk on my head at home to help the burning and had to wait a week for a reputable salon to fix the mess. I wanted an ashy blonde - I ended up with ORANGE roots AND purple hair, think Kelly Osbourne. I was still charged for it and even heard the girl washing my toner out whispering to the hairdresser next to hair about my hair being ruined. Beyond disappointed. They don't know what they are doing. Do yourself a favour, don't go in there!!!!

Happy with my hair and colour, price is good and love the products they use only young but very up todate with the cuts and styles

This is the worst hairdresser I have ever been too. They have no idea what they are doing, they do not listen to what you want and are all inexperienced apprentices doing your hair. You will have about five different girls from start to finish. They are attentive when you first walk in as they want your business but the moment you sit down they forget all about you. Even the staff have horrible looking hair so all you need to do is look at their hair to see what you will get. The staff are so immature and have inappropriate conversations between themselves in front of the clients.

I am writing this review on behalf of my 80 year old mother who is very upset with treatment (or lack of it) she received last week, she had made an appointment to have a perm, when someone finally acknowledged her, it turns out they didn't know what they were doing - her hair had to be rolled twice, and then no one in the store could actually cut into her perm - what should have been a enjoyable experience and a little bit of a pick me up after suffering an illness turned into a 3 hour chore that had only been half completed. I feel that this salon doesn't even deserve one star. What has ever happened to respect, manners and bit of compassion. - Would I recommend anybody going to this salon? No Way!!!

My daughter was looking forward to her birthday party on Saturday, which has now been soured by a hair colouring nightmare by this company. Firstly, she was turned Orange and today, after having the colour "corrected" her hair has a Green tint. When asked for a refund so her hair can be corrected elsewhere, they have offered another of their services. NOT LIKELY!!!, so off to Fair Trading...

The worst hairdressers I have ever experience! Perhaps it would be in their best interest to make appointments necessary. Three hairdressers working non stop without a break attending to a full salon giving little to no attention (or acknowledgement) to paying customers. Less customers = more focus at the job at hand, unfortunately for me, the end result can only be described as substandard at best.
