Nigel from Leisure Coast is an absolute champion and customer service beyond compare! He offered and came out to my home at 8.30pm to work on my 20 year old Porsche Cayenne, that was stuck in gear with the key in the ignition ( 'repaired' twice prev at different workshops) Owning three old European vehicles my experience was most mechanics were reluctant to work on vws or any vehicle over 20 years old. Luckily my brother told me about Leisure Coast, who had recently had new management/ownership and were experience with European vehicles. It was a total turn around speaking with Nigel who had a 'can do attitude and was seemingly unfazed by my vehicle's problems and when he offered to come out after hours - I could hardly believe it. Nigel was friendly, professional, personable and has a real passion for vehicle's. He has up to date diagnostics and a short time later my vehicle was driveable. Customer Service like that is unheard of and I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you

My experience with this service was very negative. I left my van to have A few simple things checked checked out to see if they were ok eg. (Sola panel,battery,air condition etc.) I also needed to have the reverse camera either fixed or replaced. They had my Van for one month and five days making constant excuses as to why it was taking so long..when I finally got it back I was told by Andrew that because he couldn’t get a replacement cable for the reverse camera that he had not done of the other work requested even though I had been told that it was all done and they were only waiting for the correct cable for the camera. To my horror when I drove it home Speedometer,GPS,and sound system were not working.not only did they have my Van sitting there for almost five weeks and not only did they fix nothing in that time they gave it back in worse condition than when I left it with them! After a complaint they fixed the Speedo I had the sound system fixed elsewhere.

After taking my car to two different mechanics who couldn't find the problem with my car and were really rude to me...a friend suggested I take it to Leisure Coast Auto Electricians. They were amazing and thankfully fixed my car. The customer service was excellent and I will definitely be taking my car there next time. A great big thank u for getting me back on the road after weeks of trying to solve my problems. I really appreciate the time and effort you put into my car to find the problem. A++++++
