Experience-Avoid At All Costs! My experience with Lennox Head Motors was deeply frustrating and stressful. The workshop appeared chaotic and disorganized, and the service I received was far below professional standards. There was a significant lack of communication, and I was shocked when the final cost was much higher than the initial quote, without any clear explanation. I do not recommend this business based on my experience, as it turned into a costly and unpleasant ordeal. Avoid this place if you value your time, money and sanity!

Absolutely shocking experience. Took my car in for an aircon re gas. They drove my car 15 km without permission tearing off the plastic protector at the front. They gassed the aircon twice and yelled at me when I told them it was still not working. They refused to reimburse me and when I went to a reputable place I was told they cut away areas of my car to try and get to the aircon filter! DO NOT GO HERE! Zero stars

Have been going here for 5 or so years for rego checks as it is convenient. Came back to the bloke telling me my windshield wipers had to be replaced and he'd done so without consulting me, despite being only 6 months old and the car not being used often. Ended up rinsing me for an additional $40 on top of the $40 rego check just before Christmas. Guess he hadn't done his Christmas shopping and needed some extra coin. Will not be going back

Service with a smile in a friendly, busy small joint. I really felt looked after and got a great value for money. I randomly walked past and I was able to pick up my car even earlier than expected.

Been taking my car here for almost 5 years. I believe in recent times the business has changed hands. Last pink slip was passed with two illegal tyres. Most recently had a number of exchanges with operator about a part for my vehicle. I can't remember the last time someone was so rude to me repeatedly. He kept saying he was busy. That doesn't mean you can'Â™t be kind. Kindness costs you nothing. I'Â™ll be going somewhere else from now on.
