I was very desperate to hire a waterside and because every other company was fully booked, I went with this company....BIGGEST REGRET!!!!!! The male owner upon arrival verbally abused me in front of my toddler who just so happened to me the birthday boy all because as a single mother I was not able to organise a group of men to help the waterslide owner pack the waterslide up so that the owner didn't have to pay an employee to assist with the pack up. I felt very distraught and unsafe and had flashbacks of a domestic violence relationship I had fled from. The male owner was very unprofessional.....I thought once he left after packing up the waterslide it was over, this man later texted me that night and continued to abuse me. I would not recommend this company for any child's birthday party.... the owner and all his staff should have a blue card and a police check for safety purposes and especially when their job is to enter the property of were children and women reside.

I hired there equipment overnight only for them to drop it off when convenient for them and pick it up 2.5 hours earlier then my requested time. Thanks to them my kids had their fun cut short....VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! STILL CHARGED FULL PRICE....JUST INCONSIDERATE!

Such an awesome company, there is nothing they do not have to put on a great party for both kids and adults, they cater for everyone. Their prices are great and make it affordable to anyone, will definitely use their service again.
