I am extremely disappointed with Lexus in Cairns. I felt I was being dishonestly urged to pay a $500 deposit for a vehicle I was trading for my current Lexus, even though they hadn't confirmed they would give me the price I was asking. I had to repeatedly contact them to find out the status, which wasn't forthcoming. I discovered that the vehicle I was offering to trade with was withdrawn from sale. I was thinking it was because I was going to be buying it. But instead after messages & calls to Tony, who was dealing with It, I was finally advised that the the vehicle was no sold and they couldn't t get the price I wanted for your vehicle. I was then discarded. After purchasing a new vehicle through Lexus for a price over $70,000 that my treatment was extremely poor. They basically wanted me to part with $500 to withdraw a car from market but were happy to leave me hanging with my car that I was wanting to trade. Very bad service in my opinion. Don't Trust them.
