I had a bad experience on attempting a booking over phone- on 24th feb 2015 around 1.30 pm. Girl who answered phone was rude through out the conversation. I was still happy to godhead with booking but the girl was insisting for credit card number, exp date and even CVV number. She was demanding my credit card details inappropriately . Then I felt that is bit dodgy. I was even happy go ahead with booking by paying a reasonable deposit personally at their office. She said credit card details is the only way of booking their service. Therefore I didn't go ahead with booking. In the past I have booked several service providers but never given creditcard details.
