I have been coming here for 21 years and I notice that the reception staff are not as friendly as they once were when there was different reception back in the day. it's like they are just there to collect a pay check rather than have empathy or care.

Doctor running at least 60 minutes late and reception staff didn't tell patients. Sat there for over an hour. When I said that they (reception staff) should TELL US, her attitude was disgusting. Said they are only reception. I said MY TIME is valuable so reception staff NEED to tell patients on arrival. Rude, very rude as she then proceeded to say she could print out my medical history so I could go elsewhere. Well, lovey, I have been a patient at Linden for 15 years along with my children and my mother. I think YOU should go elsewhere.

The staff here were amazing and very gentle when i was here getting a biopsy done.

What is the best way to book an appointment?

This medical centre runs on an appointment system. Please telephone the surgery in advance to make an appointment. If your problem is urgent please let the receptionist know and you will be dealt with promptly. Appointments are made in 15 minute intervals however if you require a longer appointment please advise reception when booking.
