I could not fault Tara at all from my first phone call to her bringing home my Kasey. Tara kept in contact throughout the whole process. We all know how hard it is to let our fur babies go, but II knew Kasey was in loving hands💕 Highly recommend Tara. Thankyou so much.

Thank you so much Tara & Aaron for the wonderful service that you offered my family and I over Easter. We were referred to you by a friend and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Our beloved Socks meant the world to our family and the respect shown by you was superb. Tara clearly communicated her process and packages and spent time consoling me when I was at my worse. Socks was returned to us in a beautiful urn with hair clipping, paw print, candle and a handwritten card. The entire process was faultless and we are forever grateful. Thankyou

I cannot express how UNHAPPY I was with Tara and her service, not once was I contacted by her, I had to chase her every step of the way. From the beginning when she was picking up from the Vet she didn't even contact me, then said she would in afternoon and didn't, then said she would send email invoice and didn't, then said she would deliver Wednesday and i hadn't heard from her until after 1pm on Wednesday when i rang her!, just incompetent. Tara continued to say little white lies to cover herself for her lack of communication. Spelt my fur baby's name wrong on his ashes, Told me she would arrive 5 minutes, and 45 minutes later turns up. I'm concerned do i even have my babys ashes as all trust is lost. There was just so many things that all equated to a really unsatisfactory service. Also during this period I have heard of my friend's ordeal with My little Treasures also and its worse then mine!!

Tara is most kindest lady that delivered such a beautiful personal service from the first night our beautiful 14 year old jack russell Lara passed away, keeping in touch right until the return of our beloved pet. Highly recommend Tara and Aaron’s service at such an emotional time.

Tara had a genuine warmth and beautiful presence about her. We were comforted and at peace knowing she was looking after our Molly girl. Her service from pick up day to home delivery was flawless. Just a wonderful overall experience with a totally understanding by Tara who delivered the urn regarding the sadness we have at losing our precious dog Duffy at 15 years. We totally recommend any pet owners to use the services of Little Treasures Pet Cremation.

It broke my heart to have to call time on my 15 year old boy. I dreaded the day. I am so grateful to Dr Dave and Tara. Their kindness and compassion comes from fur parents who obviously have been through this grief. I cannot thank Tara enough. She came to pick up Clancy and tucked him into bed for his last car ride. The hugs, the tears. Although she assured me that he would be well cared for, I knew that would be the case. Both made his crossing, gentle and peaceful. It has helped tremendously with my sadness. Again and again, thank you Tara. I could write an entire page on every little thing you did for Clancy & I.

We had to make the heartbreaking decision a month ago to say goodbye to our border collie Murphy, who was 14 and a half years old. He had been with us since a puppy and was a special part of our family. It was such a devastating thing to have to go through but Tara was so compassionate through the process, it made it somewhat easier to finally let him go, knowing that he would be taken care of. Now we have received his ashes back we will be keeping him with us for alittlelonger until we are ready to take him to his favourite beach where he was born. Nearly two weeks ago I had to say goodbye to my friend and furbaby Milly. Then Tara rang... to let me know that they had Milly safe....a huge relief. Through lots of tears Tara offered me support, understanding and real compassion and had all the time in the world for me. Tara arrived on Friday with my girls ashes, a big hug and beautifully written card. Thankyou Tara for your gentle care of Milly and I.

We have had to say goodbye to our 4th cat in 7 years and it doesn't get easier, especially as they are our "fur-kids". Tara's genuine compassion and support made it a little easier. Thank you Tara for being the silver lining on this very dark cloud!

Saying goodbye to my beautiful best friend Layla was so raw & heartbreaking. From the first phone call with Tara her main concern was that I had support around me. Her gentle, caring & kind nature shone through & her understanding of my situation was amazing. I knew Layla was safe with her & would be cared for with such respect. Finally meeting Tara when Layla was returned confirmed all I’d felt. She listened, hugged & shared my tears with such kindness. Our dear dog Koby who was 19.5 years old passed away on Boxing Day morning 2022. We were devastated. Tara"s caring & loving manner in looking after our boy Koby was so wonderful, coming to pick him up very promptly and Tara did not rush us while we said our goodbye and bringing Koby's ashes home to us was so caring. It was so beautiful for Tara to let us know to light candles for Koby when he was being cremated this was so thoughtful & kind. Tara & Aaron being animal lovers show so much empathy to you and pets are our family. We miss him dearly and life will never be the same but I was so grateful to have you by my side you made a very hard time easier.
