I am a professional person who having sold my house looked to rent in Taree. On handing in my application form to the office staff l was asked was this my centrelink income form. On replying no they were totally unhelpful with the rental process of which l had no idea what l needed to do. Returning next day l again was asked when l handed in the required forms was this my centrelink income form. Again l answered no. I awaited a chance to view my chosen property and after several unsuccessful phone calls l received a call from the licensee to say that l did not have a chance at the property that l wanted to rent and offered me another that was totally unsuitable to me. She then said that was being to fussy. I would not rent or buy from LJ Hooker Taree as not only do they lack any profession skills they are also bullies and prejudice. PS l am an older white person who has worked all my adult life.

I would recommend Andrew from the Taree office. He really helped me during the sale of my house and helped when purchasing. Stacey also offers great property management service. I would recommend these guys.
