The service I received recently from a member of staff called Michelle, was exceptional. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, her willingness and friendliness towards me was beyond customer service. Selling a house for the first time can be a daunting experience but thanks to Michelle I now feel confident that I can proceed with this transaction with a clear mind. Your service is outstanding, Michelle.

Beware, they will do whatever they can so you won't get back your bond. They threatened me by saying I won't get my bond back if I don't get one of their "bond cleaning specialists" to clean the property (cost almost $900 to clean a clean house!!). Then when I left, the property manager neglected to inform me about what happened to the bond claim and won't respond to my calls for 3 months (to ensure the RTA clear the bond to them). Finally, they told me they had to take the rest of the bond as well because "there were a couple of light bulbs needed changing and some scratches in the walls here and there needed fixing"—apparently cost $700. Most of it was there before I moved in and they didn't fix it!!!.

A great locally owned and run business, the staff here are fantastic, and they are always here to help with your needs and requirements. I wouldn't go anywhere else again.

Very professional and a pleasure to deal with, great communication and honestly think this is the best real estate agency in town, have been through a few, and these guys are by far the best. Would highly recommend.
