Sam and his team did a fantastic job in getting our loan application done and approved by the bank as our application was a little different than normal. Was available 7 days a week ( except when playing cricket on weekends he may be little late for responding which only happened once 🤪). Constantly putting in the overtime and keeping up to date for the real estate agent we were buying new house from especially as they’re was long waiting queue from bank to look at applications. Giving good advice and making sure everything was understood keeping us up to date with everything and even available to see him after hours for emergency. I highly recommend Sam and his team in getting a loan application organised, they do a thorough job
