If I could give this agency 6 stars I would do it. I have rented my house in Moffat Beach through them for over 6 years and have found them thoroughly professional in every way. They take a lot of care in who they bring on their team to ensure the best experience for their clients. Each and every team member is a gem. My every query or request elicits an immediate response plus recommendations on how to improve my house and alerting me to the latest council requirements. There is no better agency in Caloundra

We have been renting through Local Agent Caloundra for the past 8 years and have found them to be friendly, efficient and professional. The lady who does our house inspection is lovely and if there are any maintenance issues she reports these to the office and they are dealt with promptly and without drama. We have also booked holiday rentals for our friends on line and have found their website to be straight forward and easy to follow. We would have no hesitation in recommending Local Agent to future renters.

I would highly recommend Local Agent to anyone. I have experienced excellent service when required. All staff are very helpful and courteous. They helped me find somewhere to live at my lowest moment and could not had been anymore helpful than what they were. So thank you so much Local Agent staff and management for everything. I am very grateful. So good to know we have caring people like this in our community.

If i could give this real estate a 0 star rating i would. We were tenants for 6 months with them. They have very poor communication skills. You get shuffled around to different people every time you call. They cannot do the correct paperwork on time. The staff are rude and condescending to tenants. The owner of the property at 18 Orsova Tce was rude and arrogant as well. The real estate agency is geared towards the owner not the tenant. I was a cleaner for 2 years. They did not think my cleaning job was good enough and would not let me go back after to do what they required, and they charged me $100 for a "pre entry clean". They are known to do this around town. So expect a $100 no matter how clean you leave the place. The owner charged us for water when he had taken out the restrictors in both the bathrooms. I will never rent with this real estate agency ever again as we found them completely incompetent in many ways.
