We have used Steve twice now and he has always been reliable, trustworthy and very understanding of the stress involved in moving house. His rates are reasonable and very competitive and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

We’ve now used Steve of Local & Country Removals twice. First time it was a move from our house of 40 years to a Brisbane apartment and then 3 years later from the apartment to a house down in the NSW northern rivers. The first move was a gut busting effort up 4 flights of stairs. The second move involved the storage of our stuff for a couple of weeks at Steve’s storage facility on the Goldy and this saved us heaps compared with the alternative of delivery to a separate intermediate storage. On both occasions Steve delivered a reliable, professional and honest service at an unbelievably good price. We have no hesitation in recommending this “rough diamond” to anyone who wants to move house.

Just want to appreciate all crews, especially Steve. When another removalist we booked did not show up on the moving day, Steve was the only one who picked up my call on Sunday. In a moment of despair, he quickly managed to get us a track. Very trustworthy and reasonable price too. I would highly recommend to everyone.
