The worst service I have ever received from an optometrist. First script was incorrect, very limited range of glasses, terrible service and rude staff. They are more than happy to take your money and even after nearly 2 months I am still without glasses. I have asked for a refund and was then informed by the optometrist that it would take nearly 4 weeks for my private health fund to receive the funds back. I was informed of a quicker way by my health fund which Looking Smart refused to do. While I was in the store today there were 2 other people complaining about their glasses. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I take care of my eyes between exams?

To maintain good eye health, it's important to practice good eye hygiene and take steps to protect your eyes from injury and strain.

How often should I get an eye exam?

The frequency of eye exams depends on your age, overall health, and any risk factors for eye disease. As a general rule, children should have their first eye exam at six months of age, followed by additional exams at age 3 and before starting school.
