Absolutely lovely caring lady, Lorraine came to ICU with hrs of asking if it was possible to hold a commitment ceremony for our Daughter and her Fiancé. She was so compassionate, it meant the absolute world to our two grieving families.

Lorraine conducted my stepfathers funeral. She has such a beautiful, warm persona that envelopes you and takes all the stress away. She is professional, well organised, calm and very accomodating. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
