About Lotus Floral Studio

Fran Daly is the owner and head florist at Lotus Floral Studio, located in Woolgoolga on the Coffs Coast, New South Wales. My studio is just a 20 minute drive from Coffs Harbour. I have 10 years' experience in the floral industry, with significant experience in weddings and special events. I trained and worked in Sydney at leading florists and am now bringing the Coffs community this same, fresh approach to flowers. I offer my clients creative ideas, interpretive expertise, excellent attention to detail and a highly personalised service. I have access to growers and wholesalers who supply the best quality flowers in Australia. Lotus Floral Studio designs are unique. We don't work from a menu, all our arrangements and bouquets are individually crafted from fresh blooms. The passion of our team of friendly florists is evident through the love of doing what we do and in the style of floristry we produce. Bad Customer service. I had a friend recommend to me how great they were and how easy it was for them to get a small bunch of flowers for $20 (no requirements) and it was beautiful. I went in to inquire about those and the attitude I got was horrible. From the beginning when I walked in, it was not a warm welcome. I inquired about the flowers: Instead of kindly letting me know that a small bunch of flowers can’t be done for that price, I got a long and rude explanation on how they don’t do that and haven’t done it for anyone ( yet they did for my friend just the other week ) and how hard it is to supply the flowers ( which I understood can be very expensive. ) all the while not letting me get a sentence in. I understand the price of flowers aren’t cheap, but having I know someone who got exactly that just recently, put me off. But besides that, the flowers were very beautiful and they smelled so nice.

Hello Rose You spoke to me in store yesterday… I find it a huge shame you felt the need to leave such a bad review… you wouldn’t accept that we have never sold a $20 bouquet in store… as the owner of this business I know what my pricing is and so do my staff… I even said maybe your sister bought a couple of stems wrapped for ( not a bouquet) but you were insistent I was wrong even though I own the business… my staff has also attested that she has never sold a $20 bunch recently… I find it a shame these days the need to trash a business online only listing a small part of the story and not all the facts…
