Incorrect product supplied which ended up destroying my wedding dress. She wiped her hands of me and didn’t want a bar of the situation. After sales service is absolutely atrocious. Would not recommend!!!

Hi Brooke, Your wedding stylist ordered a gender reveal balloon and that's what we supplied to her. Communication between yourself and your wedding stylist is out of my control. I didn't wipe my hands of you but simply put it in the hands of my solicitor because you want monetary compensation.

If I could give 500 STARS I would. Lou and her team are beyond amazing. With lockdown restrictions eliminating the ability for me to travel from Sydney to Burleigh Heads for my best friends 40th birthday - Lou literally "came to the party". It was on a Sunday, I rang Lou's at about 10am, enquiring about delivery of balloons but ended up with a service that was as close to me being there as possible. I gave Lou my max budget, and not only did they created an amazing, unforgettable Balloon Tree but also went and got a potted orchid (flowers), some Bubbles and chocolates and delivered it all by about 3pm that day (A SUNDAY!!!!) I can never thank Lou and her team enough THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.
