Excellent service, excellent products! Couldn't be happier...

Called to enquire about a mobile phone repair and gave the exact details to the tech over the phone who seemed very nice and was told to come down to the shop with it and he would do his best to run some software over it to retrieve my lost data. Once at the shop i could not even speak to that person was turned away at the counter they did not even communicate the problem properly to the tech. After less than 30 seconds was just told they could not help. What a joke i made the effort to go into town for nothing.

The service here was below what you would expect from a company of this kind. The staff seemed uneducated and rather clueless about the issues I presented to them, being only a cracked screen and faulty battery. When initially dropped into store it took 5 days for them to produce a quote for repairs with prices being steep particularly in comparison to other stores. However, after several weeks of repair, I received my device back only to find that the battery had been installed incorrectly and I had no way of turning on my device. Overall, the service was below average and disappointing.

Sold me a leader computer for top dollar said it had 1 terabyte of storage and worked differently to other computers , this is the worst computer I have ever purchased it wa as a month old and broke down , it won't reconsider any phones or devices plugged into the usb ports and tells me its storage capacity is full . Not happy with this computer at all and I run 2 business off it and it struggles and turns its self off . Never going to support this business again

Had Lukey PC place a glass screen protection on my phone last year and going from business to business for work have dropped my phone on many occasions. The phone has come through with flying colours and save me time and money. I alway found the service 2nd to none.

Brought an iPhone 6 in store for a screen repair, and also a new charger port as the speaker wasn't working. Great service, and they were quick too ! Very helpful and friendly, thank you for fixing my phone.

Excellent service, i could not speak of them highly enough. Brought my iPad in to have its screen repaired, and wish i had of come here the first time, a few weeks before i took to another company.. Will not be going anywhere else again other than here. His parts are higher quality no doubt about it, you can tell the difference. Thanks again!

Amazing service, very helpful and knowledgeable, was able to explain exactly what was wrong with my iPhone 5 and could repair it in as little as a few hours ! I would recommend them highly to anyone needing repairs, for a good price as well.
