Called and spoke to Matt as no one else could help me with my Maytag washing machine issue. We live way out of his service area. Matt kindly talked me through how to troubleshoot for the issue, and in the end it was a kinked hose due causing a drainage issue. resulting in a fault. Extremely knowledgeable and sincerely couldn't has asked for a nicer person.
